This privacy statement applies to applications developed by MobiLee Solutions, LLC and products, solutions, and services that collect data and display these terms. Please refer to the section “variances” for specific application statements that are different from the generic terms.

PURPOSE & SCOPE

The purpose of this Privacy Statement is to inform you the users and customers of MobiLee Solutions of our privacy practices. The scope covers the organization as follows:

This policy applies to all organization’s employees, management, contractors, student interns, and volunteers.
This policy describes the organization’s objectives and policies regarding maintaining the privacy of the information you may provde as a result of using one of our applications, submitting payment and other business related activies.

Our web presence may use "cookies", small text files that can be read by a web server in the name service domain that placed the file on your hard drive. We leverage cookies as a way to maintain your preferrences and settings; and provide targeted ads. The browser you are using has controls to manage, delete and block cookies.

The applications published by MobiLee Solutions do NOT make use of cookies.

	COLLECTED INFORMATION
MobiLee Solutions collects information when you register, sign-in, and in some cases when you use our sites and services. We collect the information using cookies, web logging and registration of the software on your computer or device. Note, that some passive APPs like UPMAFC-Lite does not collect any information; see the section APPLICATION VARIANCES for specific application updates.

	USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
MobiLee Solutions uses the information to improve and personalize the products and services we offer. We also may use the information to communicate with you, or to make teh ads you see more relevant to your personal tastes.

	ADVERTISING & LOCATION BASED SERVICES
All of the advertising on the applications are displayed by Microsoft Bing Ads. Microsoft Bing Ads may place one or more cookies in order to recognize your computer when an ad is displayed to you. The ads provided by Microsoft Bing Ads and the related cookies are governed by Microsoft's Privacy Statement. Microsoft provides an opt-out page.

	PAYMENT & AUTHORIZATION
Payment data is the information you provide to make an online purchase; examples are credit cards, PayPal, name and billing address. The collection and use of this information is for the sole purpose of processing a payment.

APPLICATION VARIANCES

UPMAFC-Lite does NOT place any cookies on your computer, and we do not collect any information for payment processing since this is a free application. The netwok connection requirment is used to allow access to the web pages displayed in the browser control.

CompetitionManager starter edition, for Martial Arts scoring, timekeeping and optimal viewing on large screen displays does not place any cookies on your computer and we do not ollect personal identifying information. Payment processing is done through the store and is subject to the privacay agreement for the store.
